ENFPs explore first. Ne is the dominant engine: possibilities are mapped before any commitment to a specific path. The exploration is the point, not just a means to an end. ENTJs execute first. Te identifies the target, Ni holds the vision, and the question is never "what might be possible" but "what needs to happen now and in what order." For ENFPs, closure is a concession. For ENTJs, open questions are inefficiencies.

Look at how each uses Te

ENFPs deploy Te as a tertiary function, it activates when Ne has generated enough promising territory to organise. The Te is in service of the Ne. ENTJs lead with Te, it is the primary lens, constantly organising, assessing, holding others accountable. For ENTJs, Te is the default mode of being in the world, not a mode they switch into.

ENFPs are P types who keep options open. Pre-committing forecloses the possibility space Ne lives in, and genuine discomfort at premature closure is diagnostic. ENTJs are J types who drive toward closure. Open trajectories feel like loose ends. Commitments made are executed through.

ENFPs carry their values through Fi auxiliary, personal, individualistic, and deeply felt. Their values filter what possibilities are worth pursuing and what compromises are unacceptable.
