These are not constraints; they are the accumulated wisdom of what has worked, and working within them is a source of reliable results. ENTJs are more likely to see existing systems as replaceable. If the system is not efficient or is not delivering the right outcome, the right move is to redesign it. Hierarchy is a tool, not a given.
