Her relationship with Johnny is the Ni auxiliary's most complete expression: they are still together because the Ni has synthesised, from forty years of evidence, that Johnny is the correct person, and the Fe has oriented around that synthesis with the completeness the dominant function provides for its most central relational investments. She loves Johnny not from sentiment but from a decades-long synthesis that the Ni keeps confirming and the Fe keeps implementing. The synthesis is complete. The implementation continues. Her return to acting - the Crows Have Eyes 3, the Sunrise Bay arc, the final Hamlet triumph - is the ENFJ finally finding the instrument that the Fe required all along: the performance was never about the celebrity. It was about the Fe's need to be fully seen by the people in the room. Schitt's Creek gave her a room where the people finally saw her correctly. The career needed to follow from there, not precede it.
Why Moira Rose Is ENFJ, Not INFJ or ENFP
Moira is sometimes typed INTJ - the private strategy, the comprehensive model of her career, the apparent certainty about her own worth. But INTJ's Ni is paired with Te: the vision is systematically implemented. Moira's Ni is paired with Fe: the vision is always oriented toward the people who will receive it - the audience, the critics, the specific room that the performance is for. She does not build toward a private synthesis about where her career should go. She reads the room (Fe) and synthesises what the room requires (Ni) and the performance follows.
The ESFJ argument comes from her apparent warmth once the celebrity instrument is removed. But ESFJ's Fe is grounded in Si: the accumulated norms of care. Moira's Fe is paired with Ni: the care is visionary. She does not care for David by following the established norms of parental care. She delivers it in one of her elaborate wigs and with the full WASP vowels of her performance persona, and it is the most genuine political speech anyone in Schitt's Creek has ever heard. The Fe dominant reading the specific people in that room, the Ni synthesising what they actually need to hear, and the performance persona delivering the synthesis with the full weight of someone who has spent forty years learning how to make people in a room feel something. The instrument and the genuine care, finally coincident. That is ENFJ.
