She manages it from an ENTJ whose Te has been so thoroughly devoted to the management that the inferior Fi's question - what is the management for? - has been suppressed into complete inaccessibility.
Her relationship with Buster is the inferior Fe's most complete external expression: the enmeshment that the Te has produced in lieu of the inferior function's genuine attachment, maintaining the specific relationship as the institutional management's most complete investment in the one outcome the Te cannot produce - a person who continues to need the managing. She did not create Buster's dependency from malice. She created it because the Te's most available instrument for expressing the inferior function's need is management, and management requires the person being managed to require the management.
Her eventual conviction and imprisonment is the institutional framework encountering the one force the Te cannot manage away: legal consequences that the Ni failed to synthesise in advance, produced by the operation of the Te's most characteristic failure - the institution running without an internal check from the inferior function that would have assessed what the institution was actually producing. She built a fraud. The fraud was the institution. The institution was the only available container for what the inferior function needed but could not acknowledge needing.
Why Lucille Bluth Is ENTJ, Not INTJ or ESTJ
Lucille is sometimes typed INTJ - the private strategy, the comprehensive model of the family's situation, the apparent certainty. But INTJ's Ni is primary: the synthesis precedes the implementation.
